FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
• Foundation realized with the help of baseboards and reinforced concrete beams.
• The walls of the basement are made of reinforced concrete, being impermeable on the outside.
• The structure is formed by pilings, beams and reinforced concrete plates.

ROOF AND FAÇADE
• Skewed roof finished in plane tin, with isolation made of expanded polystyrene plates of 8 cm, on wooden structure, supported by reinforced concrete plates.
• Facade finishing: concrete mortar finishing or/and decorative plaster, combined with exterior painting and decorative plates.


EXTERIOR MASONRY WITHOUT FINISHING, INSOLATIONS AND INTERIOR DIVISIONS
• The exterior masonry of the building façade is relief work with ceramic blocks  thermo-isolating , has 25 cm thickness and 8 cm expanded polystyrene isolation.
• Separators walls between apartments have 25 cm thickness.

FLOORS
• Garages with polished concrete finishing.
• Terraces and balconies with nonskid floor for exterior.
• Hall, kitchen and bathrooms with 1st quality ceramic grit stone floors.
• The rest of the apartment with laminated parquet.
• In the common zones and the staircases, 1st quality grit stone, but on the ground floor , in the access zone, at the entrance doors there will be marble floors or something similar.

VERTICAL FINISHING
• Common areas with plaster garnish, with washable paint, paint chosen by the site management.
• Bathrooms and kitchens with mortar and 1st quality porcelain.
• The rest of the apartment has plaster garnish, with white washable paint finishing.

LOCKSMITHERY
• Metallic garage doorway     with manual and automatic closing and opening system.

CEILING
• Common areas with plaster garnish and/or false ceiling from plaster and white washable paint.
• Bathrooms and kitchen with plaster garnish and/or false ceiling from plaster and white washable paint.
• Hallways with plaster garnish and/or false ceiling from plaster and white washable paint.
• The rest of the apartment with with plaster garnish and white washable paint.

OUTSIDE CARPENTRY
• Pvc carpentry at the doors and windows, the color chosen by the site management.
• Isolating double glassware.
• Balcony banisters are from iron, flat bar metallic grating, and at the attic are made from glass, by the directives of the site management.

INSIDE CARPENTRY
• The apartments entrance doors are metallic with thermo isolation.
• The interior doors are with MDF table and wooden finishing or something similar.
• In the penthouse suite, the banisters are made of wood.

PLUMBING AND SANITARY APPLIANCES
• Interior net of plumbing with PPR reticular polypropylene tubes
• Warm water thru individual boiler on natural gas
• Sanitary appliances in white, 1st quality porcelain

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING
• Warming thru individual boiler on natural gas
• Vogle & Noot radiators, or similar
